Ribbons!
Yesterday night, I took the time to get a hold of the mounds of ribbon that I've collected. I had ribbon EVERYWHERE in every cabinet...just stuffed in every nook and cranny. So far (i'm not done yet!), I have 60 different (yes, NO repeats) that I've rewound/respooled (?) onto wooden clothes pins that I bought from the dollar store (20 for $1...can't get any better than that). I got the idea from one of the ribbons that I bought from some scrapbook expo a couple of years ago. It was laying in one of my old drawers and I thought it would be a total space saver....and it totally is.
There are about 50 ribbons that I stored in these three Making Memories plastic jars that I got from Michaels for $10. And what's great about it is that I can see them all :)..I need to go back to Michaels and grab another 3 jars and more clothes pins.
Here's a pic:

Word to your Ribbons.
It really looks nice like that, and yeah, 20 pins for $1 is a deal. How long did it take you? I need to figure out a solution for my ribbons, too...
It didn't take me very long...just need clothes pins and short stick pins to keep the ribbon in place. It took me a about 2 hours to fill the jars. I still have some more to do but it doesn't take very long anyways. I came home for lunch the other day and rolled about 10 more..then I ran out of pins.
