blackberry storm seems pretty cool...our office has been looking into upgrading to the storm when they are released. good news is that there are several options to choose from these days. The best of the best (with regard to features) at the moment seems to be Verizon VX6800, AT&T Tilt, AT&T iPhone, and possibly the Storm.
The phones im really waiting to look into are the "android" phones. the first generation phones will probably be junk but the second generation will certainly knock apple off the top of the popularity list.
I know that google phone just came out for tmobile...haven't had a chance to check it out but i'd like to get my hands on it and play with it...not sure if it would be the phone for me (i prefer cute vs. functional)...but who knows...
maybe some genious out there will make a nice app for it.
i do prefer blackberry just because the one thing that i would definitely check is my work email and any attached docs, etc...would be nice to have my work calendar available to me too so i know when i can play hooky for a day of WoW hahahahaha!
