terribly irritable....

did i spell that right??

anyways, today is just one of those days here at work where everyone and their mother wants to ask me about everything that I don't own the process for....ugh...just kinda sick and tired answering dumb questions where they could have gone back and done the research themselves..or maybe i've been too nice and acted too smart & been to efficient....darn it! i'm gonna have to dumb myself down so noone will ask me anything.

and i can't believe that it's already wednesday AND it's 2009....AND i'm turning another year older pretty soon (well that part is not necessarily bad...i'm planning to not celebrate/go out this year and just make some popcorn and watch tv with the hubby...well maybe just have a small dinner with andi when she gets here at the end of the month..but that was in the plan anyways)

thats what happens when people know you are smart. they ask you the most ridiculous things cuz they cant think of anyone else to ask and they are too dumb and lazy to figure it out on their own! i have learned to take those times as a compliments. i always end those inquiries with the same statement - "that's funny, i thought everyone knew that." makes them feel wonderful :)

how often do you think people ask me dumb computer questions? its funny sometimes when they have a question about a piece of hardware or software i respond with "i read the box. you can read the box too." or "the internet is great. you can learn how to do that on the internet." or simply, "google it." ROFL

the best question i ever had was "i forgot my password. do you know it?" ROFLMAO yes, jackass, i know it. HAHAHA

ditto rex. take it as a compliment. i get the same ...everything from actual engineering to the ridiculous like ...do you know where this or that is...ugh, no, I'm not your mother.

thanks lo :) yeah i try to look at it as taking a compliment ...most of the time... i just hate answering the same question that i've answered like 3 or 4 times before...
